About This Camp
Serious, fun training that develops you The BGI academy after-school program invites all 10-15 year old girls and boys to the coolest camp days with lots of intensive handball training in great facilities. The camp is designed so that you will be challenged physically, technically, tactically and mentally – regardless of level. The camp is held during the summer holidays, autumn holidays and winter holidays (week 7) and offers varied and developing training sessions, differentiated according to the individual's level. You will focus on the following areas, among others: Functional coordination and strength training Technical and tactical attack training Individual competencies The contraphase In addition to the training, you will live and eat like a post-secondary student. In the evenings, there are various activities in BGI's great facilities, including large trampolines and a French fry pit. Are you a goalkeeper? There are 6 goalkeeper spots at this camp. You will participate in the camp on an equal footing with the field players, but there will be 1-3 modules where the focus will be on your goalkeeping game. When registering, choose “goalkeeper” or “field player” Practical information Price: DKK 1,095, including meals, training, CRAFT t-shirt, evening activities and accommodation in cozy student rooms. The places are distributed on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Waiting list: If the camp is sold out, you can be added to the waiting list. Complete the registration and you will be registered on the waiting list.
