Designed for athletes committed to year-round participation in volleyball through schools and clubs that compete in county, regional, or national competition, or who aspire to try for a place on their national squads or university sports scholarship. Highly disciplined and physically demanding, this 5-day camp begins to prepare the athlete for true elite-level training. A residential option is available for this camp. Who it's for Athletes who have made the commitment to year-round training and competition. These athletes will have developed accurate and consistent ball-handling skills. Their training and competition will be at least two times a week and consist mainly of team-based and game-situational drills.
