Our camps are designed with the aim of providing
high level training to players and goalkeepers from
both a physical and technical point of view,
regardless of their starting level, the coaches will
work to improve the skills of each individual.
To allow teachers to concentrate adequately on the
work to be done and at the same time allow athletes to learn in the best possible
way, the station teaching method is adopted, small work groups that take turns at
the stations set up on the field, each with its own instructor.
Participants on the first day will be divided into groups not only based on age but
also on level of preparation and will follow an intense preparation path aimed at the
total improvement of the athlete's performance.
The program for Junior and Youth includes two daily ice sessions, one in the morning
and one in the afternoon, as well as an hour of athletic preparation and an hour of
skills and dynamic yoga.
The Goalie program also includes two/three daily training sessions, one exclusively
for goalies and one included in the group they belong to (junior or youth).
Training will be interrupted during the lunch break to allow for rest and meals.
