Description: SPIRE’s 1-Day Swim Stroke Clinics are perfect for swimmers looking to refine and perfect the technical aspects of their strokes. This intensive clinic provides expert instruction in all four competitive strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Athletes will focus on critical elements such as body positioning, stroke efficiency, breathing techniques, and starts and turns. Through personalized coaching and in-depth drills, swimmers will receive targeted feedback to make immediate improvements. These clinics are an excellent opportunity for experienced swimmers to sharpen their skills and gain a competitive edge.
