HH Elite ladies will provide their entire women's league team as coaches and invite all 10-15 year old boys and girls to lots of challenges physically, technically, tactically and mentally. In short - the coolest camp days with lots of intensive handball training in great facilities. The camp is designed so that you will be challenged regardless of your level.
The camp offers varied and developing training sessions, differentiated according to the individual's level, with a focus on the following areas:
Functional coordination and strength training
Technical and tactical attack training
Individual competencies
The contraphase
In addition to the training, you will live and eat like a post-secondary student. In the evenings, there are various activities in BGI's great facilities, including large trampolines and French fry pits.
Are you a goalkeeper?
There are 6 goalkeeper spots at this camp. You will participate in the camp on an equal footing with the field players, but there will be 2-3 modules where the focus will be on your goalkeeping game.

Practical information
Price: DKK 1,095 including meals, training, CRAFT t-shirt, after-school activities and accommodation in cozy student rooms.
