1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TopSportsCamps website and services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TopSportsCamps operates as a directory and listing platform that connects families with sports camp providers. We do not organise, operate, or run any sports camps ourselves. All camp listings, descriptions, images, schedules, and related information are provided by third-party camp organisers (“Camp Owners”).

3. User-Generated Content & Disclaimer

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to camp descriptions, images, pricing information, schedules, locations, contact details, and blog or news posts — is uploaded and managed by the respective Camp Owners or contributors. TopSportsCamps:

• Does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legality of any user-generated content.
• Does not take responsibility for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in camp listings or any other content on the Platform.
• Does not assume liability for the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any camp, service, or activity listed on the Platform.

Users rely on any information found on the Platform entirely at their own risk. We strongly recommend independently verifying all details directly with the camp organiser before making any booking or financial commitment.

4. Images & Media

All images and media displayed on camp listing pages are uploaded by Camp Owners. TopSportsCamps does not claim ownership of, review, or approve these images prior to publication. We are not responsible for any intellectual-property infringement, inaccuracy, or inappropriate content contained within user-uploaded media. If you believe any image or media on the Platform infringes your rights, please contact us (see Section 10) and we will promptly review and, where appropriate, remove the content.

5. Listing Approval & Verification Process

TopSportsCamps may perform a basic review of listings before they appear on the Platform. However, this review is limited to general formatting and does not constitute verification of:

• The identity or credentials of the Camp Owner or its staff.
• The accuracy of claims made in the listing.
• Compliance with local laws, permits, or licensing requirements.
• Safety standards or insurance coverage of the camp.

Appearance of a listing on the Platform should not be interpreted as an endorsement or recommendation by TopSportsCamps.

6. Content Removal & Takedown Requests

TopSportsCamps reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, modify, or disable access to any content on the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Receipt of a valid takedown or removal request.
• Content deemed harmful, misleading, inappropriate, or unlawful.
• Inactivity or abandonment of a listing by its owner.

If you wish to request the removal of specific content, please contact us at the details provided in Section 12 with a clear description of the content and your reason for the request. We will endeavour to respond promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TopSportsCamps, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any content posted or made available through the Platform.
• Any interaction, transaction, or dispute between you and a Camp Owner or other third party.
• Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from attendance at or participation in any camp listed on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Camp Owner Responsibilities

By submitting a listing to the Platform, Camp Owners agree that:

• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• They have the right to use and distribute all images, media, and content included in their listing.
• They comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction.
• They will keep their listing information up to date and notify us of any material changes.

9. Camp Organizer Verification & Third-Party Listings

TopSportsCamps.com is a platform designed to connect athletes and families with official sports camp organizers. By creating an account and publishing a camp listing on the Platform, the user confirms that they are:

• The official organizer of the camp; or
• an authorized partner, agency, or representative with the legal right to promote and sell participation in the camp.

Verification of Authorization

TopSportsCamps.com reserves the right to request documentation confirming authorization to publish or promote a camp on behalf of an organizer. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Cooperation agreements
• Distribution agreements
• Agency contracts
• Written authorization from the official camp organizer.

Third-Party Listings

If a camp is listed by a third-party agency or intermediary, TopSportsCamps.com may require proof of authorization from the official organizer. If such documentation cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, TopSportsCamps.com reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the camp listing.
• Remove the listing from the Platform.
• Restrict the account from publishing additional camps.

Operator Priority Policy

TopSportsCamps.com is built to connect families with the most accurate and authoritative source of camp information. To that end, the official organizer or operator of a camp (“Operator”) always takes priority over any third-party agency, reseller, or intermediary (“Agency”) listing the same camp.

When an Operator registers on the Platform and claims their camp listings:

• The Operator will be granted full control over all listings relating to their camps.
• Existing Agency listings for the same camp may be updated to reflect the Operator's information, transferred to the Operator's account, or removed from the Platform — at TopSportsCamps.com's sole discretion.
• The Agency will be notified of the change and given a reasonable opportunity to provide documentation of a continuing authorized relationship with the Operator.
• If the Agency can demonstrate a valid, ongoing authorization from the Operator, both parties may maintain separate listings at the Platform's discretion, provided this does not create confusion for users.

Where no Operator has claimed a listing, authorized Agency listings may remain active in accordance with the verification requirements set out above.

This policy exists because parents and athletes deserve to know they are receiving information directly from the people who run the camp. Direct operator engagement ensures more accurate details, faster updates, and a more trustworthy experience for families using the Platform.

The Platform does not permit duplicate listings for the same camp event. When an Operator claims a camp that is already listed by an Agency, the listings will be consolidated rather than duplicated. This prevents confusion and ensures families always see a single, authoritative source of information for each camp.

Right to Suspend or Remove Listings

TopSportsCamps.com reserves the right, at any stage and at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any camp listing or user account from the Platform without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason or further details. This right applies regardless of whether a violation of these Terms has been identified.

Platform Integrity

To protect athletes, families, and camp organizers, TopSportsCamps.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Review any listing for accuracy and authenticity.
• Temporarily suspend listings under investigation.
• Remove content that may be misleading or unauthorized.
• Suspend or permanently delete user accounts if activity appears fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

TopSportsCamps.com retains the final decision regarding listing eligibility and account access in order to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Platform.

10. Prohibited Advertising & Backlinking

Camp listings and any other content submitted to the Platform must be used solely to promote the camp or activity being listed. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from TopSportsCamps staff:

• Embedding advertisements, promotional content, or marketing materials for third-party products, services, or brands within a camp listing or any other user-submitted content.
• Including external links intended for backlinking, search-engine optimisation (SEO) purposes, or driving traffic to unrelated websites.
• Linking to partner organisations, sponsors, or affiliates in any content on the Platform.
• Any other form of covert or overt advertising that is not directly relevant to the camp being listed.

If you wish to include any such content, you must contact TopSportsCamps staff in advance to request approval. Requests can be sent to hi@topsportscamps.com.

Any listing found to contain unauthorised advertising, backlinking, or partner links — whether discovered during the approval process or after publication — will be subject to immediate rejection or removal from the Platform without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of the associated account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
