2.2 Camp Listing Data

If you are a Camp Owner, you may submit information about your camp including its name, description, location, contact email, phone number, website URL, pricing, schedules, sport categories, and images. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all listing content — including images — is user-generated. We do not verify or approve listing content for accuracy and accept no responsibility for it.

2.3 Newsletter Subscription Data

When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and sport preference. We also record whether explicit consent was given.

2.4 Analytics & Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you interact with the Platform, including:

• Pages and camp listings you view.
• Actions such as search queries, filter selections, and contact-button clicks.
• Device and browser information.
• IP address (which may be truncated or anonymised).
• Referring website address.

This data is used to provide Camp Owners with aggregated analytics (e.g. listing view counts, click-through rates) and to improve the Platform.

2.5 Email Communications

We keep records of transactional emails sent through the Platform (e.g. sign-in emails, listing status updates, newsletter broadcasts). These records are retained for operational purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Display and manage camp listings you submit.
• Send you transactional emails (e.g. sign-in links, listing status updates).
• Send newsletter emails to subscribers who have given consent.
• Provide Camp Owners with aggregated, non-personally-identifiable analytics about their listings.

As described in our Terms & Conditions, all camp listing content and images are uploaded by Camp Owners. We do not review, verify, or approve user-uploaded content before publication. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content or images.

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your privacy or other rights, you may request its removal by contacting us (see Section 11). We will review all requests promptly and remove or modify content where appropriate.

7. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time.
• Sign-in credentials are short-lived and expire automatically.
• Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. We record the unsubscribe date for compliance purposes.
• Analytics data is retained in aggregated form and may be periodically purged of identifiable information.
• Email records are retained for operational purposes and periodically cleaned.

8. Cookies & Local Storage
