Training Schedule & Intensity
Between 1 and 3 sessions daily, depending on the intensity and structure of the day.
All workouts can be scaled to your fitness level — every camp is built for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Is there a rest day?
Yes. Most camps include a structured recovery day or a lighter training day.
Recovery includes sauna sessions, jacuzzi time, mobility work and downtime to keep your body fresh.
