This one-week gymnastics summer camp runs from June 20–26, 2027 at International Gymnastics Camp in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains.
IGC is designed for boys and girls ages 7–17 and welcomes gymnasts of all levels — from true beginners to advanced, elite, and national-level athletes. The camp combines high-quality gymnastics training with the full traditional summer camp experience.
Campers train in a positive and supportive environment where the focus is on proper progressions, safe technique, confidence, teamwork, independence, and a love for gymnastics. Each camper receives coached gymnastics instruction, with training adapted to their ability level and goals.
The traditional IGC program includes six coached gymnastics rotations each day, plus optional open gym / open recreation time in the evening. Coaches work with campers on individual goals and help them improve in a way that is challenging, safe, and encouraging.
IGC also offers a wide recreation program, so campers enjoy much more than gymnastics. Activities may include water fun, arts and crafts, camp games, evening activities, social time, and traditional camp experiences. This creates a balance between serious training, friendship, independence, and summer fun.
