Leitrim Village Summer Soccer Camp 2027
Enjoy five action-packed days of football, games, competitions and skill development at the Leitrim Village Summer Soccer Camp 2027, taking place from 5–9 July 2027 at Leitrim Gaels Community Field.
The camp is open to boys and girls aged 4–15 of all abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced young footballers. Children are grouped according to age and ability, helping coaches create sessions that are fun, inclusive and appropriately challenging for every participant. Each day runs from 10:00am–3:00pm and is fully supervised by experienced, F.A.-qualified and DBS-checked coaches.
Soccer Star Coaching has around 20 years of experience running children’s football camps, with programs delivered across Ireland, the UK and Isle of Man. The Leitrim Village Summer Camp combines structured football coaching with games, challenges and outdoor activities, giving children a fun and active way to spend their summer holidays.
Training focuses on core football skills including:

Each child is given a football during skill sessions, allowing plenty of time on the ball and encouraging players to practise techniques repeatedly in a positive environment.
A major part of the week is the variety of football-themed competitions and activities. Campers can take part in:

The camp also features interactive football inflatables where children can test their shot speed, take on soccer darts and work on accuracy and technique.
Alongside technical development, the camp encourages children to build confidence, teamwork and social skills. Players have opportunities to make new friends, challenge themselves, stay active and enjoy football in a supportive, pressure-free environment.
Medals and trophies can be won during competitions throughout the week, helping keep players motivated and engaged.
Children should bring suitable sports clothing, trainers or football boots, a packed lunch and enough drinks for the full day. Food and drinks are not provided by the organizer
