This 5-day competitive swimming camp takes place from December 27–31, 2026 at the National Training Center in Clermont, Florida, near Orlando. The camp is designed for competitive swimmers aged 9–18 who want an intensive training experience focused on fitness, technique, confidence, race preparation, and performance development.
The camp follows an All-In-One Training Camp format with two training levels: 12 & Over for swimmers aged 12–18, and 11 & Under for swimmers aged 9–11. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on current skill and performance level, allowing practices to be adjusted for different abilities.
Participants receive more than 18 hours of challenging in-water training, combined with dryland sessions, power yoga, motivational Mind Power workshops, personalized feedback, and 1-on-1 guidance from expert PEAK coaches. The curriculum is created by Olympic-level coach Nick Baker and is built to help swimmers improve mentally, physically, and technically.
This is not a learn-to-swim program. It is designed for competitive swimmers who can already perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and use official starts and turns.
