ALL SESSIONS @ SPORTHAL RED VIC
CAMP RUNS MON – FRIDAY – WITH WEDNESDAY OFF.
This camp during the spring holiday is a full day camp (9:30am-3:30PM).
There will be supervision of athletes from 8:30am until camp starts.
There will be supervision of athletes from 3:30pm-4:30pm after camp ends.
Designed to optimize player performance, our camp focuses on skill enhancement, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning to ensure players are in peak form for the season ahead.
TRAIN WITH HIGH LEVEL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT COACHES
Get access to training with an unique training staff that has experienced with training over 150 pro’s, working with high level organizations such as NBA and FIBA.

DAILY FILM BREAKDOWNS:
Watching film is crucial in developing your basketball IQ. We will daily watch breakdowns of Euroleague & NBA basketball breaking down the skills & decision making into a science.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT
The pre season is the time to hone in your skills. This will be some of the things you can expect:
– shooting
– finishing
– passing
– ball handling
– decision making
– basketball IQ
– learn to play with triggers
SMALL SIDED GAMES
Expect a lot of small sided games from 1vs1 up tot 4vs4 where we work on skills, IQ, decision making & playing out of triggers at the same time.
Note there is no camp on Wednesday August 27th – this is a rest day.
