London - Development Golf Camp

Founded by Rick Valentine with over 20 years of experience running schools golf, golf camps and junior development, Rick has created a unique camp experience that combines high-quality coaching with a fun and engaging environment for junior golfers of all abilities.

Our London camps are based at the fantastic Lord Wandsworth College, using one of their boarding houses for accommodation, then Wellington College for coaching, and a range of local courses for on-course play.

The Development Camp is designed for our youngest beginner golfers who are looking to build confidence and develop a strong foundation in the game.

Introduction to the Camp

Players follow a structured and supportive programme, focusing on the key fundamentals including grip, stance, posture and swing technique, alongside developing short game skills such as chipping and putting.

Each day includes 2 hours of coaching sessions in the morning, followed by a combination of 9 and 18 holes of on-course play in the afternoon, allowing players to apply what they have learned in a real golfing environment, supported by our experienced team of camp staff and PGA professionals.

The camp provides a fun, encouraging and inclusive atmosphere, helping players to develop their skills, grow in confidence and build a lifelong enjoyment of the game.

• 19–25 July 2026

• 26 July–1 August 2026

Families can:

• Choose 1 or 2 weeks

• Combine with camps in St Andrews or Dollar

• Use our fully organised transfer service between venues

Accommodation Options

• Residential Programme: Supervised boarding with full camp experience

• Non-Residential Programme: Ideal for local participants or family stays
