The aim of these courses is to provide a complete overview of swimming technique.
The 4 theoretical sessions and the 4 pool sessions will make you aware of the different technical points essential for progressing in swimming.
The analysis of underwater images (SwimLab) followed by the implementation of the corrections to be made will give you the keys to your progress.
Minimum level required : swim 1500m crawl
We recommend that you purchase the book Bassin à l'eau libre, written support for the course at the preferential price of 15 euros instead of 24 euros. You can also reserve by specifying it in the comments box of your reservation. (the reserved books will be given to their recipients at the beginning of the course)
Conditions and presentation:
Choose the Cancellation option at 49 euros per person and you will be fully reimbursed for the amounts paid to Stages-triathlon up to 30 days before the start of the course. PLEASE NOTE: This option must be subscribed on the day you register for your course
