This summer, Stonar invites young riders to immerse themselves in a one-of-a-kind residential equestrian experience. Whether you're a beginner with independent control, or an advanced rider looking to refine your technique, our Residential Riding Camps provide tailored instruction, hands-on stable management, and unforgettable memories.
Set within the stunning grounds of our British Horse Society-approved Equestrian Centre, riders will benefit from expert coaching, top-class facilities, and the chance to bond with horses in a nurturing, rural environment.
🐎 What's Included:
Daily Riding Lessons: Two riding sessions per day (flatwork & jumping), weather permitting
BHS-Qualified Coaches: Passionate and experienced professionals
Stable Management: Learn all aspects of horse care and management
Bring Your Own Horse or Ride Ours: Subject to availability
Friday Afternoon Tea & Rosette Ceremony
Onsite Leisure Activities: Use of school gym, sports hall, and games led by residential staff
Full Residential Accommodation: Single, twin, or shared rooms with all meals provided

Location: Stonar School, Wiltshire (80-acre countryside campus)
Ages: 9–16 years
Rider Levels: Beginner (off lead), Novice, Intermediate & Advanced
(Note: We are unable to accept complete beginners still on lead rein)
Group Sizes: Max. 6 riders per group
Staff Ratios:
Riding: 1:6
Evening Activities: 1:15
Boarding: 1:20

Bring Your Own Horse: £830 + VAT (includes livery*)
Use of Stonar Horse/Pony: £1245 + VAT
