Sunday Skills focuses on skating technique and stickhandling. Players work on balance, edge control, speed, turning, movement with and without puck, puck handling at speed, and goal-scoring actions.
This is a concentrated skills session, not a full-day camp. It is best suited for players who already play hockey and want focused extra development with an experienced instructor. The goal is to improve the small technical details that can make players more confident and effective in game situations.
