Tricamp Mallorca Family & Easter Triathlon Camp I 2027
Combine structured triathlon training with a family holiday at the Tricamp Mallorca Family & Easter Camp I, taking place from 20β27 March 2027 in Playa de Muro near AlcΓΊdia, Mallorca.
The camp is designed for athletes who want to develop their swimming, cycling and running while enjoying Mallorcaβs famous training environment. Beginners are welcome, and sessions are organised so athletes can train according to their own ability and fitness level.
Cycling is a major part of the week, with guided rides every day in different performance groups.
Mallorca offers an ideal mix of terrain:
π΄ Flat coastal and inland roads
β°οΈ Rolling and mountainous routes
π Scenic countryside
π Mediterranean coastal views
ποΈ Classic destinations such as Petra, Lluc and Randa
Different distances and route profiles allow athletes to select training appropriate to their level.
The camp includes at least three coached swimming sessions, either in the pool or open water.
The training base at VIVA Blue & Spa features a dedicated semi-Olympic sports pool close to the Mediterranean, giving athletes excellent conditions for technique and endurance work.
Running forms part of the daily triathlon program, including:
π Guided running sessions
π Brick runs after cycling
π΄ Coastal and inland routes
β°οΈ Varied terrain
π― Endurance and triathlon-specific preparation
Combining cycling and running helps participants practise the transition between disciplines while preparing for future triathlon events.
The week also includes complementary training to support performance and recovery:
π§ Yoga
πͺ Stability training
π€Έ Stretching
ποΈ Athletic preparation
π Alternative training sessions
A typical day can begin with swimming, athletics or yoga, followed by breakfast and a cycling session. After the ride, athletes may complete a brick run, followed later by stability or alternative training.
A major feature of this camp is the dedicated childrenβs program.
While parents are swimming, cycling or running, children can take part in supervised activities featuring sport, games and fun. This allows parents to focus on training while still enjoying Mallorca together as a family.
The camp coaching team includes Tobias Heinze, Judith Heinze and Wolfgang Gangl, combining triathlon coaching with experienced cycling guidance.
Evenings include presentations, training discussions and relaxed social time with the group, creating a friendly atmosphere where athletes can learn, train and exchange experiences.
The camp is based at the 4-star VIVA Blue & Spa, located just around 100 metres from Playa de Muro beach and equipped with sport facilities, a dedicated training pool and bike services.
