VISION Summer Day Camp Philosophy

• ✔ Attendance Matters – Roll call happens at the start of each session. If your child is unable to attend, please email us in advance.


• ✔ Arrive Ready – Athletes should arrive 5-10 minutes early, dressed in proper volleyball attire: court shoes, athletic shorts, and a comfortable t-shirt.


• ✔ Every Athlete Counts – We prioritize skill development for all players, regardless of experience level.


• ✔ Positive Coaching Environment – Our instructors motivate, encourage, and support every athlete equally to build confidence and passion for the sport.


• ✔ High-Repetition Training – Skill improvement comes through structured, fast-paced drills focused on technique and consistency.


• ✔ Stay Hydrated & Energized – Water and snack breaks are provided as needed to keep athletes performing at their best.


• ✔ Open Communication – Athletes are encouraged to speak with coaches if they have any concerns or need support during camp.
