Join the Volleyfuture Autumn Youth Camp in Eltmann from 11/01/2026–11/06/2026, for players aged 13–18.
Supported by VC Eltmann e.V., the camp combines intensive volleyball development with accommodation and meals.
🎯 Individual Development
Qualified coaches deliver approximately six hours of volleyball training daily, following Rico Fritzsch’s training concept. Groups are organized by age and playing ability.
Training includes:

👤 Coaching Background
Rico Fritzsch has held a German Volleyball Federation B coaching license since 1997 and has led Volleyfuture’s sporting program since 2004.
His experience includes youth and senior coaching, technical development and work with clubs in Germany and Austria. Volleyfuture’s first camp took place in 2004, and its collaboration with VC Eltmann began in 2022.
The organization's approach focuses on identifying each player’s abilities and helping them make lasting progress.
