This launch moves our work forward: helping athletes and families discover sports camps while giving organizers a dedicated space to manage their activity on the platform.
Introducing Athlete Profiles
Athletes now have their own profiles on TopSportsCamps.com.
This brings the participant into the platform experience more directly. Alongside discovering camps, athletes can establish their presence within the TopSportsCamps.com community.
It is an important step towards a more connected experience between the people looking for training opportunities and the organizers providing them.
A Dedicated Back Office for Organizers
Camp organizers now have access to a fully functional back office, with tools to view participant applications and communicate through the platform’s messaging system.
Having these activities in one place helps organizers follow enquiries and applications more easily, while keeping communication connected to their work on TopSportsCamps.com.
Organizers can choose whether to receive applications through TopSportsCamps.com or continue directing participants to their own application platform.
That flexibility matters. Our aim is to support the way organizers work while offering new ways to connect with participants.
Payments: The Next Step
Athlete profiles and the organiser back office are now live. Integrated payments are not yet available on TopSportsCamps.com.
For now, participants should follow their camp organiser’s payment instructions. Bringing payments onto the platform is planned for a future update.
