This 4-day competitive swim camp takes place from January 21–24, 2027 at Sunset Point Pool in Saint Lucy, Barbados. The camp is designed for competitive swimmers aged 9–18 who want to improve their starts, strokes, turns, technique, confidence, and race performance.

Participants follow a focused Start, Stroke & Turn Camp program created by Olympic-level coach Nick Baker. The curriculum dedicates equal attention to fast starts, efficient strokes, and quick turns, helping swimmers develop the key race details that can make a major difference in competition.

The daily program includes two in-water training sessions, dryland training, motivational Mind Power workshops, personalized feedback, and more than 16 hours of challenging in-water training. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on ability level, and practices are adjusted to match skill and performance levels.

This is not a learn-to-swim program. It is built for swimmers who can already perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and use official starts and turns. The camp is ideal for athletes who are serious about improving technical quality, race efficiency, speed, confidence, and competitive performance.
