BGI Bike Camp is for all 10-16 year old boys and girls who want to be challenged with serious training in the hilly terrain of the Juelsminde peninsula.
The training includes:
individual start
hill running
team race
heart rate zone training
bicycle technology
training theory
How to live as a cyclist
lecture about life as a professional cyclist
In addition to today's cycling training, there are many different after-school activities in the evening.
You eat and live at the school during the camp, and thus get an insight into life at the BGI academy.
Practical information
The camp is held in collaboration with Kolding Bicycle Club (KBC).
Price: DKK 1,095 including meals, training, CRAFT t-shirt, evening activities and accommodation in cozy student rooms.
The places are distributed on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
