The purpose of this training is to enhance participants' skating skills, focusing on basic running, jumping technique, and pirouettes. This training will take place both on and off the ice and is designed to improve key aspects of skating performance.
The sessions will be conducted in groups of approximately 8 runners, allowing for personalized attention. Participants will be divided into groups based on their skill level to ensure the training is tailored to individual needs.
In addition to the scheduled training hours, there will be an opportunity to purchase private lessons for an additional fee. These lessons can be arranged directly with the coaches, offering more focused, one-on-one instruction for specific skill development.
