This one-week residential gymnastics camp takes place from July 11–17, 2027 at International Gymnastics Camp in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
IGC is open to boys and girls ages 7–17 and welcomes gymnasts of all abilities. Campers may be trying gymnastics for the first time, training at club level, or already competing at a high level. The coaching approach is built around each camper’s personal progress.
The traditional IGC program includes six coached gymnastics rotations each day. Training focuses on progressions, technique, body control, strength, confidence, and safe skill development. Coaches support campers with individual goals and a positive learning environment.
The camp also includes optional evening open gym / open recreation time, giving gymnasts more opportunities to practice skills, enjoy movement, and build confidence.
Beyond gymnastics, IGC offers a traditional summer camp experience with recreation, evening activities, social time, and friendship-building. Campers live, train, and grow together in a community built around kindness, dedication, and gymnastics.
