For those born in 2010-2011
Welcome to a week-long camp together with Malmö Redhawks where you will have the opportunity to experience a typical week at the hockey gymnasium in Malmö. During the week, you will work together with instructors from Malmö Redhawks' hockey gymnasium operations.
Much of the training on ice is position-specific, just like it is at the hockey gymnasium. Physical training focuses on lifting techniques, mobility, agility, stability and strength with the goal that you will be able to take things home with you to continue working on. The theory sessions will mostly focus on hockey and then position-specific details based on the association's behavioral model, but also lectures related to diet, training and sleep as well as a lecture together with the association's sports psychology advisor.
In addition to the above, the following will also be offered:
Work on ice & theory linked to position-specific parts.
Work during the week on ice linked to Malmö Redhawks' behavioral model in block form, so that we cover all position-specific parts as well as the technical details of each part.
Each day includes 2 ice sessions, 2 physical sessions and 1 theory session.
Highly educated and competent leaders on ice and in physical education.
Lectures during the week related to performance, training theory and competition theory.
Presentation of Malmö Redhawks' HG operations and facilities.
Space for a total of 24 defenders and 36 forwards.

SEK 5495 per participant. (SEK 4495 when registering by 23/12/2024)
