This 2-hour ice hockey skills session takes place on 6 December 2026 at Österås Ishall in Hässleholm, Sweden. The session is designed for motivated players aged 10+ who want extra development outside normal team practice.
Sunday Skills is focused on skating technique and stickhandling. Players work on core hockey movements such as balance, edge control, speed, turns, movement with and without the puck, puck handling in motion, and goal-scoring exercises.
The training is led by Dag Wenström, Swetec Hockey’s main instructor. The format is short, intensive, and development-focused, making it suitable for players who already play hockey and want more detailed correction, more repetition, and better understanding of how technical skills transfer into game situations.
This session is a good option for players who want to build confidence before the winter break and continue improving during the regular season.
