Train hard during the autumn school holiday at Swetec Hockey Höstlovs Camp HLM 2026.
This 1-day ice hockey camp takes place on 30 October 2026 at Österås Ishall in Hässleholm, Sweden. The camp is for experienced and motivated players born 2015 or earlier.
The camp focuses on skills, skating, coordination, and quick decision-making. Swetec describes the training as a unique way to work on many parts of the game, with problem-solving exercises designed to help players make faster decisions in hockey situations.
The program includes 3 on-ice sessions of 75 minutes. Training includes skating time tests, light-reaction exercises, movement training, technical work, and coordination tasks. Swetec’s concept is based around Skate Basic Skills, including body balance, glide phases, edge control, motor technique, coordination, and understanding when and why to use different skills.
This is not a normal hockey school. Swetec expects discipline, order, direct communication, punctuality, personal responsibility, and full focus on performance.
Food and accommodation are not included.
