Improve your skating, puck control, and technical confidence at Swetec Hockey Sunday Skills HLM — 18 October 2026.
This 2-hour ice hockey skills session is held at Österås Ishall in Hässleholm, Sweden. It is open to motivated players aged 10+ who want extra training with focus on skating technique and club technique.
The training works on core hockey skills: skating balance, glide, edge control, speed, turns, puck control, stickhandling in movement, and shooting exercises. It is designed as a high-focus supplement to normal club practices.
The session is led by Dag Wenström, Swetec Hockey’s main instructor. Swetec’s approach is disciplined, direct, and performance-focused, helping players become more aware of their technical habits and how these details affect performance on the ice.
This is a short but intensive skills session, best suited for players who are already active in hockey and want to improve through detailed coaching.
