Improve your skating details and puck skills at Swetec Hockey Sunday Skills HLM — 22 November 2026.
This 2-hour skills training session is held at Österås Ishall in Hässleholm, Sweden. It is suitable for motivated hockey players aged 10+ who already play hockey and want extra technical development.
The focus is skating and club technique. Players work on skating basics, speed, turns, movement, puck control, and goal-scoring actions. The training is designed to help players become more confident and effective in game-like situations.
Swetec’s method is built around discipline, focus, and detailed skill correction. The session is led by Dag Wenström, with emphasis on helping players understand why and how different skating and puck-control skills should be used.
