Build better skating, stronger puck control, and more confidence at Swetec Hockey Sunday Skills HLM.
This 2-hour Sunday ice hockey training session takes place on 4 October 2026 at Österås Ishall in Hässleholm, Sweden. It is for motivated hockey players aged 10+ who want extra technical training outside their regular team schedule.
The session focuses on skating and stickhandling. Players work with skating basics, speed, turns, balance, movement with and without the puck, puck handling at speed, and goal-scoring exercises. The aim is to help players understand not only what to do, but also why, how, and when to use each movement in hockey situations.
Swetec’s training style is serious and development-focused. Players should come ready to listen, work hard, and improve details. The camp is suitable for players who already play hockey and want more individual skill training.
