This 2-hour ice hockey training session takes place at Österås Ishall in Hässleholm, Sweden. It is for motivated hockey players aged 10+ who want extra technical development during the season.
The session focuses on skating technique, stickhandling, movement, confidence, and puck control. Players work on core technical details such as body balance, turns, speed, puck handling in motion, movement with and without puck, and finishing exercises.
Sunday Skills is a strong option for players who need extra repetition and individual correction outside their team environment. The format is shorter than a full camp, but still structured, focused, and performance-oriented.
