🏀 Four-Day Autumn Basketball Camp in Copenhagen

Spend the autumn holidays on the basketball court at the Talata Academy U12 Camp, taking place from 12–15 October 2026 at Hafnia-Hallen in Copenhagen.

Designed for children aged 5–11, the camp welcomes beginners as well as children who have played before. Participants are grouped by age and ability, giving them opportunities to practise basketball fundamentals and take part in games with suitable teammates.

🏀 Basketball Skills & Fundamentals

Training introduces children to the essential skills of basketball through practical activities and games.

The programme includes:

🏀 Ball handling and dribbling
👣 Footwork
🎯 Shooting
🤝 Small-sided games

Morning sessions focus on developing fundamental skills, while afternoon games give children opportunities to put those skills into practice.

🤝 Groups Matched by Age & Ability

Children are grouped by age and playing level during the first hour. This helps coaches adapt activities to the participants, including those trying basketball for the first time.

No previous basketball experience is required.

🏆 Thursday Game Day

The camp finishes with a shared game-day session on Thursday 15 October, from 12:30–14:30.

The U12 participants join the older camp group for the closing basketball activities. Thursday is a shorter day for U12 players, who attend only the afternoon game session.

Doors open at 08:45 Monday–Wednesday.
