Coaches provide running tips and individual running-technique recommendations, helping each participant identify areas they can continue working on after the camp.
The camp is coached by Judith Heinze and Tobias Heinze, with training designed around the individual athlete rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Tricamp states that its camps are planned by qualified sports scientists and licensed coaches, with sessions adaptable to each athleteβs current level.
Participants stay at Hotel Altes Kurhaus, located beside a pond and surrounded by the Steigerwald countryside.
The package includes accommodation with half board, breakfast, guided trails and technique runs, stability and stretching sessions, individual support and a Tricamp welcome package. The hotel also offers a sauna overlooking the surrounding landscape, providing an ideal environment for recovery after training.
The combination of structured training, nature, recovery and the relaxed beer-and-wine culture of Franconia makes this camp suitable for runners who want to improve while enjoying a social training experience
