Tricamp Rookie Triathlon Camp Mallorca 2027
Discover triathlon in a supportive and structured environment at the Tricamp Rookie Triathlon Camp Mallorca, taking place from 3β10 April 2027 in Playa de Muro, Mallorca.
The camp is designed specifically for beginners and athletes who are still developing confidence in swimming, cycling and running. The focus is on learning the fundamentals correctly from the beginning while enjoying Mallorcaβs excellent training conditions.
Mallorca offers quiet roads and varied terrain that are ideal for learning road cycling safely.
Cycling sessions are built progressively and include:

The program starts with basic skills before gradually introducing longer and more varied rides.
Swimming is a major part of the camp, with guided sessions almost every day in the pool or open water.
Training is highly individual and focuses on developing an efficient freestyle technique from the beginning.

The hotel has its own dedicated sports pool, allowing coaches to work closely with athletes on their swimming technique.

A typical day may begin with athletics, yoga or an easy run before breakfast, followed by cycling, swimming or running later in the day. Afternoon sessions can include stability or alternative training, while evenings feature presentations and relaxed group time.
The coaching team includes Tobias Heinze, Judith Heinze and Wolfgang Gangl, providing support across triathlon training and cycling development.
The program is designed to help newcomers understand the sport, develop good habits and gain confidence across all three disciplines.
Participants stay at the 4-star VIVA Blue & Spa in Playa de Muro.
