Build confidence in the ocean at Duckdive Surf 4 Kids Summer Camp Week 6 2027.
The camp takes place from 26–30 July 2027 at Praia do Castelo, Costa da Caparica, with activities running from 09:30–16:30 each day.
Children aged 6–16 train with certified surf instructors in small groups. Lessons are adapted to the child’s experience level, so beginners can learn safely while returning surfers continue to develop more independence and control.
The curriculum includes understanding surfing equipment, adapting to the ocean environment and learning key safety rules. Practical surf development covers take-off technique, base position, catching waves, controlling direction and progressing from whitewater toward unbroken waves when suitable.
SUP sessions add variety and support balance and water confidence.
A surfboard, wetsuit and rash vest are included in the program. Campers also have access to a safe area for changing, showering and storing belongings.
Personal accident and public liability insurance are included. Optional weekly lunch and professional transport services can be booked separately.
This camp offers an active summer week for children who enjoy the beach, sport and learning new skills in a supervised environment.
