Kidshockey.lv International Summer Hockey Camp Valmiera 2027 β Session 2
Join six intensive days of hockey development at Kidshockey.lv International Summer Hockey Camp β Session 2, taking place from 5β10 July 2027 at the Valmiera Olympic Centre in Latvia.
The camp is designed for young hockey players born 2011β2019 and combines intensive on-ice training, dryland preparation, professional coaching, residential accommodation and team activities in one complete hockey environment.
Players are divided into two age groups:
π Older Group: born 2011β2015
π Younger Group: born 2015β2019
Training is adapted according to each groupβs age, experience and development level, allowing both developing and more experienced players to work at an appropriate intensity.
Each camp day includes two ice practices, giving players significant time to improve their technical hockey skills.

A special part of the 2027 program is skating-technique work with Daniils Ignatjevs, helping players improve movement efficiency, skating mechanics and overall confidence on the ice.
The camp also includes two dryland sessions daily, giving players a complete development program away from the rink.

The combination of ice and dryland sessions helps players build the technical and physical foundation required for competitive hockey.
The program is supported by seven coaches every day, providing instruction, supervision and feedback throughout the camp.
Kidshockey.lv is a licensed hockey school with more than 15 years of experience developing young players. The coaching philosophy combines skating, puck skills, physical preparation, tactical understanding, discipline and individual development.
The coaching team includes former professional hockey players and experienced coaches who have worked with athletes progressing toward Latvian junior and senior national-team pathways.
The camp takes place at the Valmiera Olympic Centre, where the ice rink, sports facilities and accommodation are located together.

Recreational activities can include table tennis, beach volleyball, board games and group activities between training sessions.
